چکیده
Abstract Triticale is becoming an increasingly important livestock crop production. This evidenced by increasing triticale-producing areas and improved yields. In addition, meeting the demand for cereals involves introduction of high-yielding stress-resistant varieties into breeding. vitro culture techniques can accelerate development new varieties. Therefore, it seems extremely to develop efficient plant regeneration methods through in cultures understand mechanisms involved gaining regenerants. Obtaining regenerants triticale somatic embryogenesis androgenesis may lead tissue culture-induced variation. present study, we compared obtained both systems (anther immature zygotic embryo cultures), considering level genetic epigenetic changes observed different DNA sequence contexts methylated cytosine (CG, CHG, CHH). The concerning (so-called variation) methylation patterns, i.e., removal (DNA demethylation) (de novo methylation), were analyzed. We that derived via differ notably demethylation symmetrical CG context de asymmetrical CHH context. These be related reprogramming microspore from gametophytic sporophytic lack such process embryos.

some morphological and anatomical aspects of date palm (phoenix dactylifera l.) somatic embryogenesis in tissue culture
this study was carried out to investigate the morphological and anatomical aspects of somatic embryogenesis in date palm. lateral bud and shoot tip explants excised from young offshoots were cultured on ms medium with 2,4-d. somatic embryogenesis was in-duced by transferring the calli produced on the same medium without hormones. micro-tome sectioning of paraffin-embedded specimens was carried ...
متن کاملPolyploidization-induced genome variation in triticale.
Polyploidization-induced genome variation in triticale (x Triticosecale Wittmack) was investigated using both AFLP and RFLP analyses. The AFLP analyses were implemented with both EcoRI-MseI (E-M) and PstI-MseI (P-M) primer combinations, which, because of their relative differences in sensitivity to cytosine methylation, primarily amplify repetitive and low-copy sequences, respectively. The resu...

Rye is an important crop in Northern and Eastern Europe. However, the application of various biotechnologies in rye breeding has been limited duo to its recalcitrant in tissue culture. In order to improve somatic tissue effi ciency, key factors affecting somatic embryogenesis and reproducible green plant regeneration of rye (Secale cereale L.) were evaluated and optimised. In this study, a tota...

This is the first report evaluating the relationship between the chemical compositions of cumin seeds (based on the analysis of the content of catalase, ascorbate peroxidase, proline, protein, terpenic compounds, alcohol/phenols, aldehydes, and epoxides) and the induction efficiency of somatic embryogenesis in two Iranian superior cumin landraces (Golestan and North Khorasan). Cotyledons isolat...

abstract in written mode of language, metadiscourse markers are used commonly to help writers in general and academic writers in particular to produce coherent and professional texts. the purpose of the present study was to compare introduction sections of applied linguistics and physics articles regarding their use of interactive and interactional metadiscourse markers based on the model pro...
